Peter began his real estate career in 1973 joining the Newport Beach, CA office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company in industrial properties. Over the past 37 years, he has been involved in brokerage, consulting, development and management of commercial properties. Peter has sold, leased or developed over $750 million dollars of commercial real estate including industrial, retail, office land and buildings, representing hundreds of tenants/buyers as users and investors.
His development experience extends from project management, equity procurement, construction financing, and marketing for projects ranging in size from a small retail project to major urban in-fill projects in Southern California. Peter has the ability to find, structure and manage projects to their successful completion.
His strong brokerage and development experience affords him a unique perspective on how to analyze and position Commercial REO for sale.
The hallmark of his career has been the trust that his performance and integrity has instilled in his clients and partners. His extensive commercial real estate experience has been critical to the ability to identify opportunities and develop a plan to maximize their value utilizing his extensive network among commercial real estate professionals.
Upon relocating to Colorado in 2008, Peter co-founded HL Ventures LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company which invests in residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
Peter is a University of Southern California graduate and has held memberships with National Association of Office and Industrial Parks and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Peter enjoys golf, working with youth, outdoor activities and attending Denver University enrichment classes on a variety of current event topics.
